Sukhdeep is an associate lawyer at Moldofsky Professional Corporation. He received his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, completed his articling at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. He brings a multidisciplinary approach to law with an educational background in health sciences, public health, and medicine.
Sukhdeep advises clients on health law, with a focus on clinical research, privacy, and corporate/commercial matters. His work includes policy development, developing privacy and data governance frameworks, drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements, and advising on applicable health and clinical research legislation. He also supports clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk allocation, and institutional policy matters.
