At MPC, our mission is “Building Capacity. Empowering Clients.” Since 2016, we have been helping organizations that are not-for-profits or are in the healthcare field reduce legal cost by planning legal services based on the organizations' needs and by building efficient internal legal processes. We help many types of organizations and have developed a strong expertise in supporting health administration, research administration, in contract review, and in policy development.
MPC began as a sole practitioner firm and has grown over the years. Michelle Moldofsky left her in-house position in the hospital sector determined to create a service for organizations that seek in-house counsel style leadership. We help organizations of various sizes from those that don’t have the volume of work for full-time in-house counsel to those with in-house legal departments that have overflow needs or that need to cover a staff transition.
