Moldofsky Professional Corporation began operating as a law firm in December, 2015. Michelle Moldofsky is the founder and a lawyer of Moldofsky Professional Corporation. For larger projects, Michelle works with a network of other lawyers and practitioners to ensure that client needs are met.
Michelle is a results-oriented health lawyer with over 20 years' experience who provides astute legal counsel, develops proactive policies and embeds best practices for leading Canadian not-for-profit, healthcare and research institutions to support stakeholders, mitigate risk and deliver outstanding care.
Michelle is formerly General Counsel at a large academic hospital in Toronto. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from McGill University, her law degree from Queen's University and her Master of Laws in Health Law from York University.
Michelle strives to build internal capacity for her clients and has repeatedly transformed legal departments and legal processes with a commitment to creating standardization, consistency and tracking of metrics, thereby reducing reliance on outsourcing legal work and increasing responsiveness to internal clients. Her approach to dispute resolution is to work collaboratively with management in crafting reasonable, fair and effective responses and solutions to difficult and complex issues. Michelle brings a breadth of experience in health law and corporate/commercial law, including in consent and capacity, privileges, procurement, privacy, contracts, leases, human rights, criminal, employment and research related matters affecting healthcare and research institutions.

Jocelyn Fritz joined Moldofsky Professional Corporation as an associate lawyer in November 2023. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Dalhousie University in 2017 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law in 2021.
She is a health lawyer who advises clients on health research, research ethics, health privacy, commercial agreements, and risk management.
Jocelyn has worked as an Associate Editor & Publisher Liaison for the Health Law in Canada Journal, has completed an Osgoode Certificate in Health Law, and has been certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Khadija Omar is a recent graduate of the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Laws. During her time in law school, she held executive positions in both the Muslim Law Students Association of Windsor and the Black Law Students Association of Windsor, serving as the Communications Officer and Lead Social Media Coordinator, as well as the Dual JD representatives. Additionally, she served on the Honor Council at the University of Detroit Mercy and worked as a student caseworker at the Immigration Law Clinic.
Before law school, Khadija earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto where she graduated with High Distinction. She served on the Advisory Committee for Management students and as the VP of Communications for Speak UTM.
Khadija is also an entrepreneur who ran a small business specializing in custom orders and jewelry making for over five years.
